100 - The percent of Houston Marathon races won by Ethiopian athletes on Sunday. Merima Mohammed, 20, took the women’s crown in 2:23:37 as Bazu Worku, 22, triumphed in the men’s race. Mamitu Daska and Feyisa Lilesa won the women’s and men’s half marathons respectively, to complete an Ethiopian quadruple.

Kenyan sports minister Ababu Namwamba has just commissioned construction work for the high altitude girls-only facility. It is expected to open in April and will feature a 400m tartan track.
